Bandsaw Stand

I don't think I took any pictures of the bandsaw before making the stand for it. However, if you do a Google (or your favorite search engine) search for 4x6 bandsaw, you'll find lots of sites dedicated to 4x6 bandsaws and all of them agree that the stands SUCKS! I also added a flood coolant system (3.5 gallon parts washer).

The biggest problem I had with the stock bandsaw stand, other than the rattles and lack of rigidity, was that it was far too short. The new stand is about 15" taller.
I wanted to have one side have wheels and the other side be flat, so the two sides are different lengths which led to some interesting setup problems.

This is my Jet belt sander - I don't remember how I did anything before I had it!
Here's the stand mostly completed before I attached the wheels.

I added a 3.5 gallon parts washer as a flood coolant system. It actually works pretty well but I'm going to add a coolant/chip pan as soon as I get around to it.
